I can't say for the rest, but its Russian/English sector interprets certain events in a very one-sided way and does not specify many important details for full picture. Therefore, as a source of political and historical information, Wikipedia is of little use.

I use it as a simplified source of already well-known things. In the past a few years ago, i attempted to be a regular member there but i faced some well organized groups which are basically "mafias" of the wp and you cant break their blockade.

One of those groups namely Iranians, another is Chinese with probably state-sponsored actors controlling them. On the western facade PC-LGBT-Virtue signaller group is the most powerful, with some noise of different religious american groups and some Putin guys.

I'll always remember my Professor stating it was a cardinal sin to cite Wikipedia as a credible source. He would instantly fail anyone who did lol. I've never relied on it for solid information since.
