If he did not lack the super hooked West Asian nose I wouldn't even ask this question, since he'd be something like Litorid, Anatolid etc which are not textbook Med phenotypes.

Thats debateable. Taurid types have down turnd potruding noses (the tip of the nose) not necessary hooked.
He looks Med with a bit Turanid- so he just looks Turkish and not much else really. Also you never post side profils, he might be East Alpine/ Taurid influenced anyway.
