He has that very wide temples, triangular face... i just wanted to write "Baltid nose" though but therr is a bit more. I agree its overused but similar "Neo Danubian" is mainly ethnicity based too, used by people who certainly have troubles to explain the term ( de - Corded Danubian with Ladogan, it works too in his case no doubt)

Btw just remember that an actor from Belgium could play textbook Neo Danubian V. Putin, and he got classified by Norid by most...
