I dont really get what you mean? I think a genocide can not happen without people noticing it nor do i think everyone in a given population will find it good to slaughter other, most often innocent people.
Only real jerks and antisocials are racists, sure you can say certain population groups or cultures are not as developed as others and might not have arrived yet in modern life in their way of thinking etc., but that does not mean the ethnic group or people themselves are less human than a nordic for example.

I can see the core problem of what caused BLM (which itself turned just stupid, especially with gloryifing George Floyd who AFAIK was certainly not a saint and certainly had a criminal record, BUT this does not justify at all that the police murdered him, police force should have busted him instead or handcuffed, i dunno but not suffocate him.. So yes, maybe black people are stereotyped often and harsher persecuated in the USA, but they are responsible for more crimes than white people are despite being a minority. everyhting has been taking out of context in BLM, and a certain user will hate me for saying this, but IMO YES Afro Americans were treated like shit for centuries even until recently, some retards even today treat them like they are not proper humans, but at one point they have to take the matter in their own hand and not always blame whites for everything bad that happens, in the end afro americans despite their gruesome background story have it better than africans in living in Africa today. during BLM people seem to pretend as if black people can never even harm a fly and are all innocent people, while white people are filled with anger and the only thing they can do is oppressing, stealing or killing others, white people are the greatested EVIL of all time, yet most of these movements like BLM, gender equality, cristopher street day, Hippy movement etc. all were mostly held by white people, so naah the vast majority of white people (or atleast western european derived ones) nowadays are socially aware and for my tasting too "woke" almost, probably more so than most other people around the globe.
