Dark Germans are probably mostly West Germans who plot closely to regions of France, genetically, unlike dark Brits. There are about three main German clusters : West German, North German and East German.

I don’t think pure Alpines are numerous in Southern Europe. Most of them are usually mixed with Dinarid, Med, Pontid or Atlantid.

Yeah even in Italy they don't seem to be that common, looking at photos and videos of Italians celebrating after the Euros win most of the Alpine looking ones were found in Italian diaspora cities in America and Britain.

Yes, but there are in Poland a number of "Pseudo-Alpinids", i.e. somewhat darkened East Baltids that replicate almost perfectly Alpine phenotypes (except that, compared to South Germans and Austrians, they seem to have a distinctly "Slavic" look — or because the fact that they are of Slavic blood makes us believe that they must have something Slavic!).
There are a lot of such examples among Balkan Slavs, and Ukrainians too.

Interesting, how do you know they are Baltid and not Alpine? in my book anyone who looks Alpine is an Alpine whether they come from Norway, Ireland or Kazakhstan, it is fundamentally about metrics after all no?

Most Poles in Britain stand out because of their Slavic facial features, but I don't find them to be much if at all blonder than Brits as a whole, and I have even met some quite swarthy ones from time to time.
