Doesn't have to have anything to do with race. Refugees certainly deteriorate the national consciousness of a nation(importing Syrians to turkey reduces the turkishness of turkey). They're also theoretically taking jobs, wages, wealth, resources that could have gone to actual citizens of the nation.

of course not, everybody has got the right to live in peace in their own countries. Helping the refugees (not in millions though as it is unfair to the citizens and culture) for some time is alright but they should leave after the war in their country
