BTW, how does one know if one is obese ? I don't think BMI is accurate for all men. For instance, NFL players can fall into the obese category while not being obese. I weight about 225 @ 6 foot tall I think my waist would have to be about 40 or larger to be obese my waist is more like 36 in pants size although 34/35 would be more ideal. I can also do a significant amount of burpees I doubt obese people can do proper burpees.

It's mostly a cultural thing, in the west no (except for a minority with that preference/fetish) but to Polynesians yes and also to some oriental people like Mongolians and Japanese, Sumo wrestlers are major stallions there.
