    My guess Russia because the Eurasian Union is growing and at the current rate will own all the ex Soviet non baltic states and likely Mongolia and Iran, also Russian spoken in Israel.

    Portuguese as long as Brazil remains a large semi economically prominent nation


    Chinese is already super popular. Not sure why it was listed. Russian and Portuguese are not too popular to learn unless you live in their spheres. Meabwhioe everyone says learn Mandarian, English and Spanish in many parts of the world
