30 is nothing if you look after yourself.
A person can look great and be physically very healthy and feel young in their 30's if they do the right things ... of course good genes helps a lot.
People can be quite physically fit into 40's and 50's but of course this is a different type of thing - fitness compared to whats possible from 20 to 35. For men in early 40's there will be changes such as testosterone will gradually reduce. So i think for most people more significant age related changes will start in 40's. If you start looking old and get a Dad bod in early 30's it means your not looking after yourself.
In for example mixed martial arts ... there is many occasions of fighters in early to mid 30's beating fighters that are in early 20's to mid 20's. Its still possible to have pretty good fitness,strength in early 30's. The boxer Bernard Hopkins was beating much younger fighters when he was in his 40's.
A friend of mine is 52 he competes in marathons , and amazingly he also is cigarette smoker.
