Good try, but no. Imagine if that was true, why would things like medicine and aging research even exist? The Second Law of Thermodynamics speaks only of isolated/closed systems while humans (and all other living organisms) are open systems. The problem is not that aging reversal is in principle impossible, but that it is unimaginably complicated and complex (both).

You can slow the aging process to a small degree. You cannot reverse it. If it can be reversed, I would argue it was not aging in the first place, but rather poor health or something like that. Smooth-skinned women and muscular men will still die at 70-90.

Ok I agree, but that is what most people mean. They can slow the ageing process . We were supposed to live a lot longer than we do. The maximum life span is around 120 years (life span is different than life expectancy)

Once you complete 28-30 you change, your brain is fully myelinated now, you start to become more serious, direct, responsible and is looking for a new life approach in life. You start to really get old from that point on imo. The real decline is around 60-65 tho.

I think this is right. Prime is around 30's and old-age begins after 70. I don't consider people in their 50's or 60's to be old personally.
