There is no Devil. "The Devil" is just an externalization of animal desires, we're responsible for all the bad shit we do.

Even Hell isn't the domain of Satan. It's his prison, where the Bible says he'll be tortured just like all the others who have turned away from God.

Revelation 20:10 also supports this interpretation. In this same part of Revelation (and in Matthew 25:46), it's also said that because of the bestowing of free will on mankind, it's not Satan that's stealing souls and turning them evil; evil is a choice made by each person. It's also said that God will punish all those who turn to evil in the same way — including the Devil himself.

Well, Devil or the Devil simply means slanderer, just as Satan means enemy. It's not supposed to be interpreted as a living entity let alone a fallen angel, that view came much later. You may even find the Old Testament using phrases such as the sons of Belial but Belial like Satan and Devil are not meant to be understood as evil entities. Belial is someone who is worthless, it means worthlessness and it was used to refer to troublesome people but in the New Testament, it became another name for Satan. But I guess you meant the Devil as in a fallen angel which in that case. No matter where he is, he'd probably be the most beautiful person, you'd come across. For example, probably someone like this

So anytime, you see Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler, Nagisa Shiota of Assassination Classroom, Lelouch from Code Geass or Armin Arlet and Eren Yeager from Attack on Titan (EREH!) their aesthetic were inspired by that guy. It comes as no surprise then that when he visited Japan, he was met with mass hysteria and received an enormous amount of female attention. His face was used in commercials. He was on a non-stop tour of appearances. He even recorded a Japanese-language love song.

The point being, if the Devil was on earth, he'd be like that, just as in the Garden of Eden, he was the most cunning of all creatures. Also, if you believe Ezekiel 28:12 was about Satan, then he was perfect in beauty from the day he was created. Clearly he was Heaven's top model.
