I could care less for either country though, neither are ideal places for me to live if I had to choose to live in a European country.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. I only said Sweden has a very foreign culture to me and that I can't find anything there that looks familiar to me. That doesn't make it bad, just uncomfortable for me personally. For some people the economic benefits might be enough reason to overlook the cultural aspects. I personally cannot do that. And of course I'm not talking about food.

I honestly think Swedish (and Nordic food in general) is miles better than Italian, which is incredibly overrated imo.

Sweden has a good standard of living, low corruption and sparsely populated, you could escape from people very easy. As an introvert that suits me fine.
