Thread: Would this phenotype be negro or pardo in Brazil?

    The guy is black because genetically mulatos are mostly black in Brazil, but unlike Tutankamun I would say the vast majority of octoroons are white in Brazil and their phenotypically is miles away more european than the guy posted above(in the other page).

    The guy above is probably a common pardo 65% euro.

    Yes, but it depends on skin color,

    light skin = "White"

    brown skin = Pardo

    I have a question, would a dark skinned Southern Euro descent be considered white or pardo? They have dark pigmentation but their features are European.

    I rarely see average Brazilians using the term "pardo(a)".

    He would be seen as "negro" or "moreno".
