I don't know but that video is an angry guy(most likely a kurd oging by the accent), screaming "we will not let a turk stay here", not the otherway. Propably a relative of the victims.
About the accident the family seems to have been in conflict for years with eeach other, they invited the guy for concilation and it seems it turned out violent. You can call it racial, Everything is speculation right now. Deniz Poyraz was killed by when a nationalist stormed a hdp building yes but the Baris case had nothing to do with kurdish, it was teenager fighting each other. everytime there is a crime in Turkey the pkk media tries to turn it racial.
