I love most kinds of sausages, austria and germany have a variety not seen in most ohter countries IMO. But i have to say, Austrian sausages have more quality are better spiced and often consist of pork and beef, whereas german sausages often are cheaper, less spicy and most often consist mostly of pork only. My favourite kind is for sure Leberkäse, i think it technically is also a kind of sausage (Brühwurst) But only most sausages it is nt boiled or has the typical sausage shape, but rather is shaped like meat loaf and backed in the oven. then usually eaten in a roll.
