Is Serbia receiving tourists at the moment?

Hey, I'd like to visit Serbia again but I don't know if the borders are already open for tourism. I know most countries require a negative test, some others vaccination. Do any of the members here know what's required? Or if tourism is allowed in the first place? Thanx in advance.
