I don't know, possibly one that I am not even aware of...that's the whole point of "underrated", a good cuisine but that is not known world wide.
Most overrated imo is Japanese, particularly the whole sushi scene.

They are just chefs of international/world food, they don't focus on traditional british cuisine.
