    Fair point old chap. That is completely coherent with the massive hype of the british cooking scene over the past decades.

    G.Ramsey, Jamie Olive Oil, Nigella, Marco Pierre White and all the other star chefs are nothing but agents of the British decadence!

    I would say Turkish cuisine, the reason why it's underrated is every Döner&Kebab shop open. I think it's very overrated and it puts a big shadow on other Turkish cuisine.
