100%, it is proved that human intervention doesn't impact enough to cause major changes on a global scale, but if it serves as a way to create a better environment for everyone it is worth it.

I believe in billionaire sociopaths like Bill Gates who finance projects to control the sunlight and in countless celebs who advocate anti global warming laws/taxes for everyone while each one of them maintain a lifestyle that pollutes more than a small/medium sized city, with their private jets, yatch etc etc.

Climate change is a very real phenomenon, and at least some of it is caused by human activity and pollution. However, re Sebastianus Rex's last comment, he is absolutely right that there is something really distasteful and hypocritical about super-wealthy celebrities like Bill Gates, Bob Geldof, Bono and Madonna lecturing us about the planet and how the poor suffer the worst effects of natural disasters when they lead such extraordinarily extravagant (and yes, wasteful) lifestyles.
