I can't get a good look at her, but she does look Russian/slavic influenced, which wouldn't be surprising given the history of Russian migration and influence in Tajikistan and Central Asia.

Maybe, am not aware of how high the migration from Russia is to there, don't see any Baltic types which may suggest that few came from Russia or at least western Russia.

My neighbor talked about how when he lived in Moscow, he had a coworker who was Tajik. I told him that Finns are genetically closer to Tajiks than to some Southern Europeans, and he didn't seem surprised at all, because he said that he had read about how the majority of Finnish males have an East Eurasian Y-DNA lineage. (Actually I haven't interacted with Finns that much since the 00s, but back then it wasn't yet common knowledge that Finns are genetically semi-Mongoloid. So it's cool how it has now become more a part of Finnish identity.)

In a global K=3 ADMIXTURE run, Tajiks had about 17% of an East Eurasian component, which was similar to the level in Mishar Tatars:

I can't see any "very European" looking girl. They all look Tajik to me but individually all of them can pass here.
