Spain is officially ceasing to be Catholic (the numbers prove it)

In Italy the number of Catholics is overestimated, they are as (or more) irreligious/secular than Spain.

Greece, I imagine Christianity is mostly used as a form of nationalism/anti-Islam, but I still believe they are more religious than Spain and Italy.

I can only talk about Spain with authority and not the others, but unlike other countries, say US, where being Catholic is just one among many available choices, traditionally Catholicism had the religious monopoly in Spain so you could choose between being a Catholic or a non religious person raised by, like it or not, Catholic values. This is a mostly inseparable mixture. So, as a result, even Spanish agnostics/atheists are heavily influenced by Catholic values, moral, and culture.

However, this does not mean that people are still practicing Catholics. Adherence to Catholicism has been declining steadily since the '80s, and I would say it has been on life support since '00s. If you attend Sunday mass at any church in Spain you will mostly find people over 60 years old.

I think Greece followed by Portugal, then Spain and lastly Italy.

Portugal has many nice Christian traditions especially in the countryside that people still cherish, whereas in Italy Christianity is probably more associated with Globalism because of the Vatican and the Pope.

Indeed. Everything here is Catholically influenced, even if a considerable portion of the population is not practicant or directly agnostic.

Statistically based on weekly church attendance it’s Italy>Greece>Spain (from highest attendees to lowest).
