Italy has the highest church attendance, so I’m gonna go with Italy. I think a lot of Greeks or at least the younger generations are more culturally Christian than anything.

Spain is officially ceasing to be Catholic (the numbers prove it)

In Italy the number of Catholics is overestimated, they are as (or more) irreligious/secular than Spain.

Greece, I imagine Christianity is mostly used as a form of nationalism/anti-Islam, but I still believe they are more religious than Spain and Italy.
