Lighter skin vs Darker skin percentage by city

You dont have to be a hundred percent accurate but just good guesses if you know. Please dont just write one city just simply guess them all if you can. Lighter skin does not mean only pale it includes also redder tanned as any southern european can be.

Mexico city

For example my rough guesses based of instagram location search are

Mexico city 60% lighter 40% darker

Sao Paulo 60% lighter 40% darker

Mumbai 20% lighter 80% darker

Manila 60% lighter 40% darker

Jakarta 30-40% lighter 60-70% darker

Ho chi minh city 70% lighter 30% darker

as i said lighter does not only include pale as some nordists would wish. southern europeans can get very tanned especially older ones so thats why theres a spectrum.

Could you please take a guess at the cities tooting?
