I had never read Roosevelt's entire report either, but I knew that on his trips to Brazil he said ''That Brazilian blacks were disappearing'' well, I can say that this is true, the 5-6 million European immigrants and Menas who came to Brazil and the miscegenation that has always taken place here greatly reduces the black population. And what the Brazilian statesman said is true, I don't really know if in 100 years there will still be black Brazilians, because even today, as statesman said, ''black continues to be diluted in Brazilian society through miscegenation''
So yes, the painting in the museum that Roosevelt talked about is probably this: black grandmother, mulatto mother, white father and ''white'' son
About the ''prophecy'' that the Brazilian statesman made about the United States, it's that thing, the problem is not having black people in his country, the problem is having people resentful and thirsty for revenge, due to thousands of years of subjugation and slavery.
