This historical building has been built around 1890, originally for a Bank. The building is located in city of Somcuta Mare (in county Maramures) near the E58 European road. In the past few years, the building was rented by a sewing company. The garden is 2000 sqm, with fences all around and there are three garages on it. The property is owned privately, the documents are clear and there are no Bank or any other credits on it.
