The guy who asks where the fat guy is from looks more like a visible turk, the other guy is a fat borreby or alpinid. The fat guy should have asked where the beard guy is from, then it would be more interesting.

I could guess the skinny guy as italian but also as armenian for example or syrian. The answers would shift further south and east, if the fat guy asked who that skinny guy is. And more of them would guessed turkey.

Yes it is extremely rare, 80 million turks only 1 in millions has blue eyes, it is rare, most turks dont look like that.
