Just because someone came from Germany it not necessarily mean he is ethnic german as you claimed. For example now rougly 40000 chinese live in Russia, if a siberian chinese would come to UK, would you consider him ethnic russian? The fascists are alive and in power - just look at Klaus Schwab and his biography. If the USSR had lost in 1945, then Covid or similar measures would have simply come much earlier, and perhaps we would not have communicated here. As for Marxism, I agree, modern fascism interprets many of its dogmas in its favor. After all, this is a weapon invented by capital, and it is important to whom and how it serves.
