I think she can pass as European. She does has something non-European in her look though. She looks like she would pass in Afghanistan quite well. She is like those lighter Afghan and Iranians. Her nose is quite noticeable to me so in short there is something Middle-Eastern in her look which makes sense because she is Lebanese.
