You are not native of Anatolia, but youre Turk. Turks are just genetically very diverse people, not very ethnic

In inclusive societies, such as Turkey (coming from an ex-Empire, that was not ethnically-centered, but centered around religions - the concept of millet), if you behave and live like locals, despite having a different phenotype and genetics, you will accepted as a "local" (concept of assimilation)
First of all, because Anatolian Turks are themselves, in terms of ethnogenesis, a mixture of ancient Anatolians and Turkic invaders, but also neighbouring Greeks, Arabs, Armenians, Laz, Kurds, Persians, and with later on, influences from other Caucasians and Balkanians migrants (muhacirs), that all assimilated easily.
In general, next step is "producing" children with other Turks, that will create new children with mixed background, and melt into the general core population. This process is AFAIK already achieved among most Balkan muhacirs from the end of Ottoman Empire.
In the coming decades, similar process will occur with Syrians.
In highly racially/ethnically-aware societies, like Japan, you would be always an eternal foreigner.

BTW very interesting documentary about what I wrote on the power of ssimilation, see this German man in Kars

Germans, being much more far away ethno-culturally than Bosniak Muslim muhacirs, and even more, to complete east side of Turkey, Kars.

I just gave my opinion, it's clear you're going to counter any argument that goes against your wishes. You're free to believe what you want and identify with what you want but in my case no I don't consider you native anatolian the same way I don't consider modern canarians to be native to their islands or whites being native to New zealand .

Not really most ex french colonies have french as an official language (most inhabitants can speak it), french built most infrastructures there (except in countries like Morocco or Tunisia), millions of blacks live in France since many decades (third generations are common) let alone french territories in the Carribean region and mayotte.

This topic raises the ultimate, fundamental question, that is the most relevant in our globalized, multiethnic, post-national, with huge waves of migration, world : when and how does someone can feel belonging to his homeland ?
It is impossible to give a clear-cut answer, since it varies from countries, to immigrant groups, historical-cultural processes, ...
