You have those things in the Bible too, and then Europeans decided to limit it. And that is fine by us, we did the same, because we have the same societal context as the rest of Europe.
But saying it counts for us but not for you is when we have a problem.

Zimbabwe is 85% Christian, only 0.5% muslim.
This 14-year old girl was allegedly forced into a marriage and sexually violated by a member of an apostolic church in Zimbabwe. She was married away at that church, and it says the church also allows polygamy.
But if they're Christians, if Christianity is all it takes to prevent it, why did they do it anyways?
Because it has nothing to do with Christianity inherently having/forcing all Christians to not practice polygamy, child marriage or whatever.
You'll find lots of stuff like this; there are Christian-Animist syncretists who think that witchcraft is warranted because of Solomon's alleged involvement with magic in the Bible. But you don't believe nor practice that yourself. It's because you're in Europe, and they're in Africa.
