Nope, the Afghanistan intervention came in the wake of 9/11 when Americans had just watched live on TV buildings collapsing and people literally jumping out of windows to their deaths. The vast majority of Americans wanted war after 9/11. They wanted sand nigger blood.

Now in 2021, Afghanistan is basically forgotten. Most Americans didn't care about Afghanistan and are completely disconnected from their foreign policy. Unless you're one of the miniscule fraction of the population that has a friend or family member serving, with no threat of little Timmy or Jenny getting drafted, they don't have to care about the outside world.

Nobody I know right now actually tracks or cares about what's going on in Afghanistan. It's a world away. If anything, it'll be seen as one less place to pointlessly waste tax dollars. The big take away from all of this is that foreign policy is no longer an influence in US politics.

Anyway, these brownies have been fighting each other since forever, that's what happen when your "culture" promotes inbreeding, they've become retarded, and retards understand nothing but strength. That's why there's no such thing as a successful MENA democracy.

Nope. NATO succeeded in its core mission in Afghanistan, NATO is just merely re-positioning to more important matters i.e. containing China.

They were activated for Afghanistan and apart from the US and UK forces they performed terribly. The Germans had to be forbidden from going out at night, for example, because they were too incompetent and would get killed (and just 10,000 NATO Allied Troops were present).

Not a single American soldier died in Afghanistan after 2016. A warm change of pace from the constant surges of the previous administration. Plus 300,000 local Afghan Forces (supported by NATO, Afghan government, India, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan), all of them have been in Afghanistan more than 18 years (longer than the Soviets, their puppet lasted just 3 years). The USSR dissolved a decade later.
