I would say "yes" but after receiving Syrians in Uruguay my opinion changed. Syrians wouldn't send their girls to school, would have 10 children and complain money wasn't enough and other behavioral issues due to cultural differences. With Afghans it'd be pretty much the same.

So while I do want to help them I believe some compromises would have to be done before receiving them, and I'm not sure they would be up for it.

I see no problem in them coming to Brazil. As someone who plans to leave my country one day, I think it's important to give a chance to everyone.
