Which is preferable: low income but good services or high income but bad services?

When I travel by train I always do. By plane is not worth it, costs a fortune compared to the prices of the low cost companies.

Rural deprivation, I'm definitely a drive myself or fly sort of person. I rarely visit the city centre and public transport is generally inconvenient.

3.) Doctors : Only the rich get 'quality' healthcare and doctors or the health care industry is the third or fourth leading cause of death among Americans

4.) Shops on your doorstep : Amazon prime or Amazon drone delivery
