When I travel by train I always do. By plane is not worth it, costs a fortune compared to the prices of the low cost companies.

Rural deprivation, I'm definitely a drive myself or fly sort of person. I rarely visit the city centre and public transport is generally inconvenient.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

Rural deprivation with an internet connection even if it is via satellite :

1.) public transport : psychos, bums and smelly immigrants

2.) Schools : MIT OpenCourseware, Coursera, Khan Academy , SUNY Empire state college, UK Open University etc..

3.) Doctors : Only the rich get 'quality' healthcare and doctors or the health care industry is the third or fourth leading cause of death among Americans

4.) Shops on your doorstep : Amazon prime or Amazon drone delivery

What is the purpose of a rich man living on his own personal island if there are no bodegas and cornerstores ? Don't be stupid.

It's better to live in poverty in the countryside rather than poverty in the city.

There is no purpose, he has to take his helicopter and fly for 30 minutes to closest stripclub or hooker.
