Well there are obvious caveats: often times women who've experienced sexual abuse of some sort, women with weird psych/intimacy issues, etc. Some damaged/abused women are only sexually comfortable with men they have no personal intimacy with. With these, the more psychologically and emotionally intimate they become with a man, the less they want to be sexual with him. And of course it's GENERALLY accurate for women, not without exception. You obviously don't have much experience with women, and seem to have had some bad luck.
