The vaccine doesn't make you infertile, it's already nearly impossible to find anyone to date/marry who isn't vaccinated, you can also count on the fact that if she wanted to date you she'd lie to your face about her vaccination status one way or the other.

Even most people with covid are done with it about 14 days after infection. 4-5 days for symptoms, 3-5 days before they decline. They should almost all be gone a week after symptoms onset and you're allowed to cease isolation at 10 days. Covid doesn't last very long.
