He said that they conducted a second autopsy which found strangulation marks that were not mentioned in the official British autopsy:
(13:15) This autopsy was carried out by professor Spann in Münich, who was a very well known, world-wide known, pathologist. He found on the neck of my father more or less horizontally running marks, which clearly indicate that it was a throttling rather than a hanging, because hanging would not give you these horizontal marks, it would give you some upgoing things. And Mr. Cameron, the British pathologist unfortunately did not realize that these marks were there at all, so he just missed them.
He also said the following:
(16:45) I have an affidavit from a South African lawyer who works together with secret service people, and especially with the Mossad. And he, according to his affidavit, received on the 18th of August, in the morning at 8 o'clock, a telephone call from a Mossad agent whom he knew, and he in brief said the following: The murder was carried out on the request of the British interior secretary - who most probably would not have acted without the consent of Ms. Thatcher - by the SAS, so-called SAS, special service group, and two people were sent in American uniforms into the prison. And they waited until my father came into the garden on the afternoon of the 17th, and then they carried out their - what do you call it - their activities. [...] (17:56) And sorry, I would like to add, and this is confirmed by the affidavit of the so-called Abdallah Melaouhi, who was the nurse of my father - and he was in very good terms with my father, and my father has written him a letter of recommendation where he praises him very much, and I learned to know this man, and you can absolutely trust him in my eyes - and he succeeded to reach the place in the garden house approximately 45 minutes after the murder took place, and he was very much astonished to see there two men in American uniforms, which were not allowed normally to be in the garden.

The author of this book worked as a male nurse caring for Rudolf Hess from August 1, 1982 until his murder on August 17, 1987 at the Allied Military Prison in Spandau. On the day of Mr. Hess's death, he commenced his duties as usual. Around 11am on that day, the male nurse left to run some errands. At 2 p.m. he was called to the prison, as there had been "an incident"... The scene he saw looked like a wrestling match had taken place; the entire place was in confusion... The lifeless body of Mr. Hess was lying on the floor of the summerhouse, apparently lifeless. Near to his body stood two unknown U.S. soldiers. The prison guard appeared agitated. He was sweating heavily, his shirt was saturated with sweat, and he was not wearing a tie. The author ask the guard: "What have you done with him" He replied: "The pig is finished; you won't have to work a night shift any longer."
