Cernunnos has never been in Brazil, I did and know the country well from an euro perspective. The 70% white is only true in some southern states, the official stats say around 45-50% whites nationwide.

In reality I believe 20-25% of "pure" european descent (or very close to it) is a fair estimate, let's say around 50 million people . I've still met many people with 4 european granparents and so on. Upper middle class and rich neighbourhoods are overwelmingly white, and I've been to several shopping malls and many restaurants where I barely saw brown people (except some of the staff) despite frequently a decent amount of "white-pardos". I found Brazilian society to be racially/economically segregated to a surpringly high level since I had that idea also of a "mixed-race paradise" wich is a complete bullshit that Brazil likes to sell to the World, I was even shocked by the level of segregation which is far higher than what we see even in Europe since not many brown people ascended to the upper middle classes and don't fequent those kind of white circles/places/neighbourhoods.
