For Portugal (who people believe has no diversity at all) i was able to create this thread showing different types. I think Italy and Spain show similar range of diversity but i'm not sure about France. Iberian diversity is very underestimated.
Even if my classifications are wrong it still shows a considerable range of diversity:
    Corsicans are italians basically.

Maybe with Iberia it is debatable but I am almost 100% sure that Italy is more diverse than Germany and most of the Central European countries both genetically and phenotypically. Even in Italy there is a minority of people who can pass in Eastern Europe.

Most European countries can have diversity to some extent but according to my opinion these would be the most diverse, I clarify that I am only listing the western European countries.
    France > Italy>>>>> Germany, Iberia, Austria/Switzerland >>> British Isles

From what I have seen from videos, crowd pics, individuals on the internet, Galicians look no more """Celtic""" than other spaniards. But same story: i haven't visited yet so take it as an opinion

I don't handle well with those terms like dinaric but the Basques have a peculiar look. I do not know if the Galicians are more Celtic or not, it is more a certain stereotype that I assume it will be because of Celtic history there.

No! Phenotypically, the most diverse - looking European populations are those of Northern and Eastern Europe. Southern Europe is phenotypically the most homogeneous, as dark hair, dark eyes, relatively not so fair skin dominate. Light pigmentation is in small minority.
In Northern Europe, you get the highest phenotypical diversity, in eye color, many Finns have blue, green, gray, hazel eye colors.
