    According to this:

    And this

Bulgaria and Italy are out. (And I also agree, from my experience, too)

About my country, Greece, there are more people that are light-eyed than light-haired.

I don't know a lot about Portugal and Portuguese people, but compared to Greek and Spanish I'd say Greek.

I think in the South East of Italy has the same situation who Spain, people with ligh feature but as is in the South people think another thing

According to this, the answer would be Bulgaria. My own score is 33.45%, but the portuguese weren't counted.

Find out what you have for these SNPs:

    rs1667394 - TT
    rs12896399 - GT
    rs12913832 - AG

According to this, the maximum score would be:

    rs1667394 - TT
    rs12896399 - TT
    rs12913832 - GG

So, this would be 100%. Using me has an example, you can see that i have 4 of the possible 6. The calculations are:

    6 -- 100%
    4 -- X

    X= (4*100) / 6 <=> X=66.66666

then subtract your score to 100, to have the calculations like the ranking that you quoted:

    100 - 66.666 = 33.33%

Edit - My score is actually 33.33% and not 33.45% like i said.

I say it's northern and even central Italy. I think it has an higher percentage of people with light features, specially light eyes. Light hair and very fair skin not as much.

Definitely not Greece, i've been there and on average are darker than portuguese and spanish, no doubt. Could be the bulgarians but there's A LOT of gypsies so that makes it difficult to analize the ethnic-bulgarian population properly.
