The US government should have to purchase a plane ticket and pay for the passport and give a hefty stipend (regardless of socioeconomic status) to all NorthWest and Northern Europeans living in America with the possible exception of the Irish and rather than self-reported 'ancestry' they should have to use G25. When my ancestors came to America they did not sign up for this. I am not literally Dutch but I pass in the Benelux. I mean , yeah, the Netherlands is liberal but not quite as insane as America :

A lot of this has to do with mental illness. In South Africa there is much mental illness caused by racial pressure. It is spiritual too, demonic oppression. And now I see it is becoming pervasive in the United States too. Unfortunately Americans have allowed this spiritual wound to become infected and did not nip it in the bud even when danger signs were showing, and many people were warning. Warning fell on deaf ears. I fear it may take something drastic like either a civil war, or a massive spiritual revival to change course in that country now. It is because the country has forsaken God, and taken Jesus out of schools and public. This is the result. A spiritually sick country. Remember that American prosperity didn't just happen. It happened on top of a hugely faithful Christian population. That is why Europe rose above the other continents historically too - - because of God's blessing on his people. Now, Europe also needs to return to God, or face ruin.
