As postulated by Charles Murray in The Bell Curve, I believe that there is an inherent genetic disparity between Caucasian and African Americans in relation to general intelligence. The average IQ score of Caucasian Americans has been established as 102, whilst that of African Americans has been established as 82. I believe African Americans to be less innately intelligent than Caucasians, regardless of circumstantial environmental factors. I posit that the difficulties that African Americans are experiencing in American society can in large part be attributed to their lackluster mental faculties, as opposed to oppression they encountered in the previous centuries. Arguing otherwise seems overly emotional, and if said argument was brought up by an African American, victimization.
