Is African food yummy?

By African, I mean subs-Saharan African food. I’ve never tried it before.

Seriously speaking and without being racist, from Ethiopia to the south the cuisines are quite simple

Here in New York City, it seems like there is a huge variety of restaurants. Some of the most popular cuisines here includes Italian, Mexican, Chinese/Japanese, Indian, and even Arabic food as well. And the foodies enjoy tasting each kind of cuisine.

However, I do not see many African restaurants around here. I wonder why

SSA people struggle to find food, i don't think they have a specific kind of food, since there is not plenty of food avaible...

North Africa has some very cool stuff, but when talking about Subsaharian Africa, then I agree with you.

A collegue of mine went to Kenya a couple of years ago, (Holiday), and he told how a bunch of negroes put a stick with honey covered with ants and how it appeared like a snack of tast to them...
