To comment on the dialect, there are two groups of Turks in Aydos. The first one is natives and the second one is Turks from Kardzhali who were settled there afterward. Going with the result's itself and matches(considering she has no matches from Kardzhali, and actually have no Turkish matches at all) your friend's grandmother looks like to be a native Turk of Aydos. The dialect she speaks will be intermediate between Deliorman and Thrace whilst your grandfather speaks straightforward Deliorman, and your grandmothers should speak mainstream Rumelian. However, the difference between all these sub-classifications is very low and limited to the usage of a few words and few stress variables. The thing which makes the actual difference is the suffixes in the predicates. And I believe, these are about the actual origin of the village rather than belonging to a dialect group, and interchangeable between those subgroups, popping up randomly all over Balkan Turkish settlements.

These are 4 common versions in Western Thrace, for example:

+ Yapıyorsun (standart Turkish)
- Yapisin
- Yapayı
- Yaporu
- Yapiin

Another research on these suffixes has to be carried out(as it lacks now) to make certain conclusions, until that, I'm not in favor of solely relying on dialects while having conclusions. Except for that, the result is very typical for the Aydos, resembling the Provadia, Varna, Burgas, and Kırklareli results I already had. It is also the first full Turkish result from the Aydos, which makes it actually very valuable from my perspective.
