Default Why does the U.S has one of the worse health care systems?

In the world? Most countries either have universal or cheap or "affordable" no wonder why many americans go to Mexico for medical tourism, not to mention many prescription Mexican drugs are illegal by the FDA...

I bring Mexico because one cousin of mine ended up going to Tijuana for a surgery (can't remember exactly what) but would've cost her almost 25k In California vs 1,500 usd In Tijuana and that was done In a private clinic with her on personal bedroom and food Included.

US has a good healthcare, it's just bloody expensive. Don't expect anything for free in the most capitalist country in the world.

1.) Allopathy is a joke compared to naturopathy and preventative medicine but most people are too stupid to realize it hence the demand for 'drugs'

2.) Americans are not healthy because most are peasants who eat crappy food and don't exercise after years of doing this it wears down your body and immune system

3.) people should not have to pay for peasants to get health care but most Americans think they deserve free health care not realizing that makes them a slave

One of the worst is definitely overstatement. Its not perfect but its not very bad. Its expensive because it relies on private hospitals, hence they want to make some profit and this is basically supply and demand. And Obamacare arguably solved many problems, payment cap etc. good improvements imo. And dont forget Usa is not communist land people dont want to pay hiv treatment of some lgbt and you cant force them to do.

Because most of the government expenditure on healthcare (which is actually higher per capita than in most other Western countries) is not spent on beds, medicines, hospital equipment etc, but on administration and marketing the competing health providers.
