Default Which countries in the Europe are the most prone to natural disasters?

From my observation the most prone to natural disasters are countries from Southern Europe, especially Italy and Greece. The safest is probably the european part of Russia.

I agree. Southern Europe is vulnerable to earthquakes, droughts and forest fires. However continental Europe is vunerable to floods and frost/hail that destroyes the crops.

    https://reliefweb.int/sites/reliefwe...eport-2020.pdf

They take into account many factors but natural disasters are mentioned in "Exposure" part of the table with such formula

According to this one the most prone in Europe to natural disasters are Netherlands, Greece and Albania

Well yes, Central Europe especially is vulnerable to big tornadoes (EF4/5), like the recent one in Czech Republic.

In Croatia, except earthquakes, exist other deadly natural disasters? I remember watching this video from a Dalmatian town where a tsunami-like wave goes up to a river, flooding the streets. I didn't understand what the hell is this, because is not a tidal wave, then I found what this phenomenon is called meteotsunami, which is generated by rapid changes in barometric pressure which cause the displacement of a body of water.

After all thanks to global warming the climate is going to be more and more extreme, it will be hard to find a safe place anywhere
