I believe it's a sample bias. Since the vast majority of mysterious or psychopathic we hear are cases from United States. I'm sure psychos who commit horrible deeds exist everywhere.

Believe It or not certain types of crimes do tend to be from certain groups, I'm not generalizing Is just common sense you don't have to have an IQ of Einstein .

Niggas for example when they commit crimes, tend to be very violent but very easy to Identified and less complex or sophisticated cases.
