Why people on this forum or In general are so anti-communist?

Those of you arguing that what are commonly called communist governments weren't/aren't communist are missing the issue. It is incomprehensibly naive to think that the individuals and parties who are supposed to administer the transition from capitalism to communism will actually do so. That is one of the core problems with the ideology. I've always wondered what the breakdown of self-avowed communists would be between those who actually believe their ideology and those who see a champion opportunity to be lords and masters. But whichever their starting position, they always end up in the latter camp in practice. Once you give a person the kind of power necessary to remake the social order in the way that communism requires, they will never give that power up and will use it to shockingly abusive degrees.
