China and India look very different but they barely have a border. The new world have recent population composition so the answer is probably Russia/China if ethnic russians live in the far east, which i'm not sure.

Yeah ethnic Russians do live in Siberia, but it is a relatively recent development. Before the 18th century, Siberia was almost entirely composed of Eurasian groups like the Chuvash, Bashkirs, Tatars etc.

Mexico/USA is not as sharp racial divide as the options mentioned above, not only because nowadays, USA is full with millions of Mexicans, but also because there are lots of Mexicans who are equal or over 50% European, and that only thing makes the Mexico/USA racial divide less sharp than the Spanish/Morocco, or any of the other options I would have voted if the thread was multiple choice.
