The non-Europeans who are white or look white (is that the same thing?), does it tend to be just individuals in their family who looks white, maybe due to less exposure to the sun or special genes or mutations or a combination, or are entire families and communities white as well?

It’s used a lot here in America and it basically just means white passing. No one here knows what actual Caucasians are.

I guess individuals for ex parents can be dark haired with dark eyed and one or 2 kids is white with fair hair and light eyes.
though there's families in Syria and Iraq that looks entirely white

sorry yeah I mean for example.
I think it's because ppl in colder places develop lighter traits than the others that's why Syrians and north Iraqis Arabs\kurds have very big chance to be white compered to other mena? even ppl that lives in the mountains develop light traits like some Yemenis\berbers\Pakistani.
I don't think its genetic because genetically they are native MENA just like the olive skinned ones.
