    Default About which ancient or medieval population DNA are you most curious about?

    I mean mostly those that are yet to be sampled or identified. For instance I'd like to know how different or how similar autosomally various Early Slavic tribes were. Did various Slavic tribes that later formed 'Poles' have distinctive features to them (Lendians, Polans, Vistulans, Goplans, Bobrzans etc.)?

    Lechite West Slavs were probably autosomally the same (or perhaps Pommeranians had more Germanic blood due to Nordic settlement?). I think that Early South Slavic DNA would be much more interesting to find out how Slavic really the tribes like Caranthanians, Croats, Serbs, Bulgars were.
